The Palm Beach International Airport Web Site

Project
The assignment was to redesign an existing web site, giving
it a more visually appealing look. PBIA emphasized that the site must
be clean, simple and easy to navigate. Originally designed in-house by
employees with little web experience or time to maintain the site, some
of the information had become outdated and none the more recent airport
improvements were featured. The site had grown static and the graphics
were slow-loading. Many pages had no photos or graphics to break up the
lengthy text.

The
Upgraded Site
New Leaf Graphics added more photos and graphics to created
interest - then optimized for much faster browser loading. The site was
organized into areas of interest with traveler information and airport
business information in a separate sections for easier navigating. Java
script "rollover" menus were added to give the site a more updated,
high-tech look. New improvements to the airport were featured to bring
the site current.
